Corporate Innovation
Access Growth has developed two unique programs to drive open innovation at emerging growth and F500 corporations. Innovation and creativity are the driving forces behind new products and services and we have a methodology to create the culture and environment for this to be successful.
Our team has designed two ways to increase innovation either by creating and managing an internal department or by working with our open innovation center partners to build external innovation teams. Access Growth closely examines existing markets and trends and works with companies to predict the best course of innovation. Both of our programs are very intensive and follow our practice of identifying your needs and ensuring we succeed in realizing the growth you are seeking. Our team provides a host of services from our growth consulting platform, marketing and business development services to ensure companies participating in our innovation programs have a higher chance of success with these new products or services.
Creating and managing internal teams provides companies an avenue to allow their elite scientists and engineers to work on projects that push their creative thought while keeping them inside the firm. Some companies prefer to keep their current teams in place and build new ones in an environment that promotes innovation. Our external incubation program provides this type of creative atmosphere. We work with you to identify your needs, validate the market, build the teams, develop the technology, and assist in launching the product.
